Meet Brett Rhodes

Brett Rhodes, Esq.
Principal Attorney

VCard

Brett Rhodes is the principal attorney at Rhodes Law and a native Californian raised in Sonoma County. Coming from a family of respected attorneys, Brett carries on the tradition of practicing law and learned very early the importance of serving clients with wise legal analysis, advice, representation, and advocacy.

As an undergraduate, Brett attended Sonoma State University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and his first Master’s degree in Public Administration. Brett went on to earn his Juris Doctorate and his Master’s in Legal Studies from Empire College School of Law, graduating in the top his class with cum laude honors. During law school, Brett was presented with the Pro Bono Award from the Sonoma County Bar Association for his outstanding commitment to volunteer legal services to the community and was honored with the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.

Today, Brett owns and operates Rhodes Law, a Sonoma County, California-based law firm practicing primarily in estate planning matters. Brett’s bedrock notion for establishing Rhodes Law was knowing most individuals (or couples) have diligently worked their entire lives toward building a secure “foundation” for themselves, and now seek legal guidance to safeguard and transfer their wealth to future generations.

“I am focused and committed to providing my clients with honest treatment, clear advice, and smart strategies to ensure they have peace of mind in planning their future. My practice is based upon excellence in representation, and making sure clients feel 100% confident and comfortable with me as their lawyer. Reputation is the most valuable asset a lawyer has; I take great pride when earning and maintaining it through the handling of someone’s very intimate personal affairs.”

Brett spends his free time with friends and family in Sonoma County’s beautiful wine country. He continues to serve his community with pro bono advocacy and workshops.
